The large warm isostatic press is a machine designed to laminate multiple layers of film, which are first sealed in vacuum packaging bags. These sealed packages are then placed inside a chamber. Using a servo-hydraulic mechanism, the chamber, along with the material inside, is submerged in a hot water sealing tank. A high-pressure booster pump increases the water pressure inside the chamber to a high level. This process applies uniform temperature and pressure to the components inside the chamber.
This equipment is used for pressing multiple layers of ceramic capacitors and other thin films to enhance the physical and electrical properties of the products.
Can simultaneously place a large number of sealed green bodies.
Integrated control with a user-friendly interface via a 10-inch color touchscreen.
Easy operation with a short production cycle.
Compact footprint with adjustable load-bearing swivel casters for flexibility.
Excellent design for convenient replacement of sealing rings.
Operates with ultra-low noise thanks to AC servo hydraulic control, providing stability and energy savings.
Features a highly sensitive light curtain at the material inlet for enhanced safety.
Uses 304 stainless steel for components in contact with water.
