The DL-RQJ-SE250 heat cutting machine is used to cut laminated sheets into multiple small-sized pieces. During the cutting process, the material is heated using upper and lower heating plates to soften the PVB adhesive inside the layers. This results in smooth and burr-free edges after cutting. The cutting process is guided by CCD vision for automatic tracking and positioning of the cutting lines. It can switch between automatic and manual positioning for both X and Y-axis cutting. This equipment is utilized for the pressing of multiple layers of ceramic capacitors and other thin films, enhancing the physical and electrical properties of the products.
Features a 15-inch industrial-grade touchscreen for integrated control with a user-friendly interface.
Equipped with a CCD vision alignment system.
Automatically detects cutting markers.
Platform driven by high-precision ball screw guides in conjunction with an AC servo motor.
The work platform rotates 90° automatically after X-axis cutting to perform Y-axis cutting.
Adjustable cutting depth and speed, with a minimum subdivision of 0.005mm.
Film is securely held in place using a vacuum and a porous fixture.
Easy operation with a short production cycle.
Compact footprint with adjustable load-bearing swivel casters for flexibility.
