Featuring advanced servo knife adjustment, servo tension control, quick correction, and a highly efficient drying system, it is ideal for producing slurry materials with a thickness range of 5-800 µm. The equipment primarily comprises a vacuum defoaming machine, a feeding tank, a casting head, drying chamber, a film correction system, a film slitting and peeling system, and a winding section. The structure of the equipment is designed to reasonably control the thickness, density, dryness, and uniformity of the green tape, achieving safety, reliability, high precision, and high efficiency. The safe and reliable ventilation and alarm devices provide health protection for the operators.
Solvent Recovery System for the Casting Machine:
1. Organic gases emitted by the casting machine are partially recovered and redirected to the casting machine's air inlet, achieving zero emissions and forming a closed-loop treatment system.
2. The entire system is equipped with gas concentration detection alarms, safety explosion-proof designs, and concentration exhaust valves.
3. It includes monitoring and recording capabilities, allowing real-time recording of data such as concentration and temperature over different periods.
